STAGING
Having a good understanding of the neighborhoods we work in and what the buyer demographic is in those areas, we are able to dial in on what styles and design choices will best help potential buyers to connect with the homes we stage. We work with real estate agents and their clients to help them create a home that has a higher likelihood of selling more quickly and for more money.
STYLING
In cases where owners are still living in their homes, we work with them to create the most beautiful spaces possible utilizing the owner’s existing furniture and adding our furniture and accessories as needed. Following an initial consultation, we help the owner come up with a plan to move/adjust their furniture on their own, or we will go in and move the furniture for them and add as needed.
